Automatic rack loaders/unloaders are designed for artisanal and industrial bakeries and provide increased productivity. The baking trays are delivered by conveyor to the loader, and then transferred to the elevator, which fills the empty racks. The lines are running continuously: one rack is loaded with an elevator, and the second empty rack is in standby mode. They are equipped with a convenient touch control panel and a sturdy construction. The systems can accommodate baking trays and racks of any size and can be paired with any machine.
